Membership

Tennis in a Pickle is the largest private Pickleball and Tennis Club in the greater Palm Springs area and the Coachella Valley, situated in the Palm Desert Resort and Country Club. Our members are very friendly, active and upbeat and can be found playing 7 days a week.

Facility Amenities

• 28 dedicated pickleball courts organized by skill level (2.5-3.0 / 3.5 / 4.0+) with 2 challenge court
• 8 of those are dedicated pickleball courts organized by skill level (4.5+), reserved for coaching and clinics and others allocated to members to reserve for free to allow invitation-only sessions
• 6 dedicated tennis courts including 1 center court with stadium seating
• Nicely stocked Pro Shop with paddles, balls, etc.
• Indoor lounge area
• Outdoor benches and chairs with shade coverings
• Cold water dispensers
• Lighting for evening play and events
• And, new for the 2022-2023 season, a convenient resort cafe so you play longer and/or socialize with new friends.  You also have access to the resort's bar and restaurant just a few steps away off of the golf course.

• Tennis- All guests must come up to the office and pay the $5 guest fee before stepping on a court.                    Pickleball- Members get 3 free guest passes each month. No roll overs and you cannot pay an additional fee for another guest pass. 
• Note that each guest, regardless of which member accompanies them on any given day, is permitted three visits; on the fourth visit, the non-member is expected to purchase a weekly, monthly or seasonal membership.  Upon arrival to the facility, ALL MEMBERS MUST LEAVE THEIR GUEST'S NAME AT THE GATE. Once arriving to the courts they , must fill out the release of liability waiver or scan the QR code located under the shade structure, this will send you to a link to fill out the form electronically on your cell phone. The member must print their name clearly at the bottom of the waiver. 
• Access to special member only events such as round robins, tournaments, evening socials and clinics.  Some of these events may require an additional fee.
• Access to private and semi-private professional coaching and lessons from resident Pros.  These sessions require an additional fee.
• Complimentary court reservations for private invitation-only sessions

* We sincerely welcome visitors and non-members in signing up and participating in private lessons and group clinics.  However, visitors and non-members may not play before or after the lesson or clinic without investing in a short-term or seasonal membership in consideration of our valued seasonal members.
